About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our growing identity and access management (IAM) team. The primary focus of this role is to develop new SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) connectors to onboard applications, as well as contribute to other IIQ-related development tasks within international banking and enterprise environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new connectors for SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Maintain and extend existing IIQ configurations and features

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand application onboarding requirements

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Java code within the IIQ platform

• Ensure high software quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices

• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the IAM landscape

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery of high-quality features on-time and on-budget

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to IIQ functionalities and integrations

Must-Have

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer on large-scale projects in international organizations

• Previous experience in banking or financial institutions is highly valued

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Solid understanding of SQL databases

• Experience working in Agile development environments

• High standards for software quality, with knowledge of best practices and development principles

• Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

• Commitment to automation, risk reduction, and process efficiency

• Ability to clearly communicate technical details in English (both written and spoken)
