We are looking for a Product Owner PtP who will lead the development of the SAP PtP product by managing the roadmap, the team, and driving innovation and process automation.

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Leading and developing the PtP product roadmap with a focus on continuous improvements and innovation.

• Managing a cross-functional team – mentoring, motivation, and fostering an Agile culture.

• Implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA PtP processes (VIM, Fiori, FICO, integrations, e-Invoicing).

• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency.

• Ensuring effective BAU support with strong emphasis on quality and user experience.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

• Balancing strategic and operational needs – backlog prioritization and sprint planning in JIRA.

• Participating in global SAP S/4HANA transformation projects requiring coordination with multiple teams and partners.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Experience & Technical Knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA (PtP/StP).

• Strong knowledge of SAP PtP: VIM, FICO, IDocs, integrations.

• Experience with Fiori applications (development/customization – big advantage).

• Familiarity with SmartDOC, Rossum, ICC, e-Invoicing (Pagero, Go-Socket).

• Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP BTP.

Product & Team Management:

• Experience as Product Owner or Team Leader.

• Ability to manage and mentor teams (internal and external).

• Practical experience in Agile environments (SAFe preferred).

• Experience with JIRA – backlog and sprint planning.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

• Experience managing vendors and AMS partners.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Process Optimization:

• Ability to identify and implement automation solutions.

• Experience in optimizing BAU support and improving UX.

Additional Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1).

• Availability to work from the Krakow office 2–3 days per week.

• Nice to have: degree in IT or Finance, SAP certifications (Procurement, Finance, Fiori, BTP), SAFe Agile certification.

• Spanish language skills will be an additional asset.
