We are a young department with great ambitions, plenty of ideas and serious development plans. We are in charge of the development of Allegro Ads, a sponsored ad service, as well as other advertising tools offered to let Allegro Merchants and brands bring their sales to a whole new level. Our users include Merchants who seek to increase their potential and brand visibility. The Allegro Ads panel is where the magic happens – with just a few clicks, the user can turn on advanced tools to support his or her advertising campaign. We handle extremely high traffic and data volumes. In our teams, we opt for excellent code quality and an agile approach to tasks which rely on hexagonal architecture. A hybrid work model requires 3 days a week in the office.
We are looking for people who:
- Have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation)
- Understand software development lifecycle
- Have a lot of experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Have exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
- Are experienced in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Are able to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs
- Know English at min. B2 level
Nice to have:
- Any Product Management certification (e.g. PMHQ, AIPMM, PDMA)
- Any Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, CPMP, SAFe)

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- Product Vision and Strategy: setting IT Governance products vision and strategy
- Customer Insights: PM must understand user requirements and translate them into product requirements. This also involves direct interaction with internal clients.
- Roadmap Planning: prioritising product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Integration with Cross-functional Teams: PM must work closely with engineering, technical leaders, technical executives, and support teams to ensure a successful product launch and post-launch activities.
- Measurements and KPIs: defining success metrics/KPIs and tracking performance against them.
- Stakeholder Management: engaging with diverse internal stakeholders.
