We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in t…We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. You will align five workstreams, manage cross-regional dependencies, run Agile ceremonies, and provide executive-level reporting on velocity, budget, and milestones in a regulated financial services environment.

What you will do

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24×7 progression;

• Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation;

• Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains;

• Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.

Must haves

• 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs;

• Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments;

• Capable of independently managing teams across multiple products/projects;

• Coaches organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and provides expert advice on project management practices without oversight;

• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Direct engineering background or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines and Cloud Security architectures.
