Why join us

If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you! :)

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape the direction of the world’s leading test management platform and contribute to high-impact features across the core product. You’ll translate customer insights into clear roadmaps and PRDs, collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful improvements that elevate usability, scalability, and developer workflows. This role is ideal for a hands-on, technical product manager eager to influence a widely adopted platform used by thousands of engineering teams.

What you will do

  • Own and act as Product Owner for the CLI, defining the roadmap, priorities, and key use cases;

  • Contribute to the core product by writing PRDs and supporting initiatives that enhance usability, scalability, and customer value;

  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure the smooth execution of product initiatives;

  • Conduct customer and market research to inform roadmap priorities and identify innovation opportunities;

  • Partner with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement;

  • Track product usage, feedback, and metrics to guide ongoing development and prioritization.

Must haves

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in an equivalent role within a technical product environment;

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA/testing workflows;

  • Experience defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with R&D teams in an agile environment;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences;

  • A hands-on approach to products, being curious, proactive, and driven by real user insights;

  • Comfort working within SCRUM practices, including participation in roadmap reviews, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;

  • Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

  • Experience designing or implementing AI features that improve user workflows or decision-making;

  • Familiarity with test automation or exposure to developer tools and QA ecosystems;
