About the role

As a Senior Vue.js & Python Full Stack Engineer, you will drive the front-end vision of an AI-powered platform that keeps product roadmaps on track and delivers real impact across teams. In this role, your ideas and decisions will directly shape the product’s direction and user experience, while you collaborate in a flat, transparent, and experiment-driven culture. It’s a chance to grow as both a technical leader and product-minded engineer, working in an environment that values ownership, clarity, and speed over unnecessary processes.

What you will do

• Lead the front-end efforts, becoming the team’s expert in Vue.js while collaborating with other engineers on front-end development;

• Make quick, sound engineering decisions that balance product quality, speed, and business impact;

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improve the product experience;

• Mentor and support team members in front-end best practices and technical problem-solving;

• Continuously improve processes, tools, and approaches to ensure scalable and maintainable front-end architecture.

Must haves

• Extensive experience in Vue.js and Python (at least 4 years in total with either Python or Vue);

• Product-focused mindset with genuine interest in the work being built;

• Proactive nature, asking questions and understanding the bigger picture;

• Take ownership of work and be accountable for outcomes;

• Bias for action: able to quickly test, iterate, and make decisions without getting stuck;

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fully remote environment with honesty and radical candor;

• Upper-Intermediate English level.
