IT Project Manager Web & Mobile Apps (6 hrs/day)

We're looking for an IT Project Manager who will join our team and help us deliver international web projects.

You will be working with our US-based clients most of the time. We work in the GMT+2 time zone, with occasional exceptions in the form of client meetings.

To put it simply, you are a project manager, not a message-forwarding manager.

What are your responsibilities going to be?

• Onboarding new clients.

• Gathering client requirements.

• Prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and monitoring project budgets and progress.

• Helping project teams overcome blockers.

• Making decisions independently.

• Guiding a team of around six people.

• Improving and optimizing process using the Kanban methodology.

• Keeping project documentation up-to-date.

• Staying in touch with our clients and updating them on project progress.

• Sharing and analyzing key information with team members responsible for different project phases, from user experience and software development to quality assurance.

• Guiding clients through the technical details and flows of their IT project.

• Running estimation sessions using the Pointing Poker methodology.

• Using basic technical knowledge to navigate different content management systems.

• Gathering client login credentials so that we can deploy our projects.

• Identifying and communicating project risks.
