THE WORK

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise virtualization platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability across complex environments.Work with technologies such as VMware vSphere, Nutanix and virtual networking to support business-critical workloads.

• Configure and manage virtualization platforms, including clustering and vMotion/Live Migration.

• Monitor CPU, memory, and storage utilization to ensure optimal performance and capacity planning.

• Manage templates, snapshots, backups, and virtual networking components.

• Collaborate with storage, network, and OS teams to ensure seamless infrastructure integration.

• Ensure compliance with security standards, patching policies, and disaster recovery readiness.Contribute to automation efforts for provisioning and management using tools like PowerCLI, Ansible, or Terraform.

Be proactive in skill enhancement and enthusiastic about professional growth through hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration.Thrive on continuous advancement by contributing to infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise network infrastructure (minimum 3 years+).

• Hands-on expertise with Cisco, Fortigate, PaloAlto, and Aruba solutions.

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, network security, and performance optimization.

• Experience with VPNs, firewalls, and wireless systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with network solutions from vendors like Huawei, Dell, or Netgear.

• Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting.

• Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network infrastructure.
