THE WORK:

• Leading Salesforce Data 360 implementations

• Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, architecting, designing, delivering and deploying Data 360 based solutions to our clients

• Gathering, understanding and transforming business-use cases into an actionable technical items

• Support pre-sale activities including shaping and presenting solutions, and estimating and planning for delivery

• Leading workshops and trainings; acting as a Data 360 advocate

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualification

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven hands-on experience of at least 3 years with Salesforce Data 360 (fka Data Cloud, CDP) backed with Data 360 certification

• Experience designing scalable data architectures on Salesforce

• Understanding of Data 360 credit consumption drivers

• Ability to own an end-to-end Data 360 data lifecycle, covering ETL/ELT ingestion, transformations, data modeling, segmentation, activation, and API-based integrations

• Demonstrated technical depth and hands-on experience with core Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse)

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills
