THE WORK

We are looking for the architect of tomorrow. As a Principal, you will design ecosystems where hundreds of specialized agents collaborate. If Model‑as‑a‑Service design, global Conversational Analytics rollouts, and managing petabyte‑scale vector infrastructures are your natural domain, this is your place to set standards for our global practice.

You will:

• Enterprise AI Strategy: Define global model architectures and determine when to leverage commercial LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) versus self‑hosting isolated, open‑source models in secure private clouds.

• Vector Architecture & Conversational Analytics: Architect distributed, petabyte‑scale vector database systems that support billions of embeddings for executive‑level analytics in Fortune 500 environments.

• Protocol Standardization: Lead global adoption of MCP and A2A (Agent‑to‑Agent) protocols while ensuring compliance with the AI Act and corporate security.

• Vibe Coding at Scale: Scale Agent‑First engineering platforms to Software‑Factory level maturity, enabling high‑throughput multi‑agent orchestration.

Interview Note (Vibe Coding):

During your meeting with our Technical Partners, we’d love to see "live" how you use your Agent-First environment to tackle complex architectural problems. Be ready to share your screen!

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Extensive SME/Principal‑level experience in software, data and ML architecture at cloud scale (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Expert knowledge of model orchestration, inference‑cost optimization and ADK‑class tooling.

• Deep experience designing massive‑scale, secure vector data infrastructures.

• The capability to architect privacy‑preserving, hallucination‑resistant AI systems for enterprise production environments.

• Outstanding communication skills with C‑level stakeholders (Polish and English).

 BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience establishing global AI governance frameworks aligned with regulatory standards (e.g., AI Act).

• Background in building distributed multi‑agent systems beyond single‑model deployments.

• Experience designing observability layers for enterprise agentic architectures.
