LLM Engineer Internship Program (She/He/They)

As a key member of this team, you’ll stay ahead of the curve, analyzing the latest AI advancements and finding innovative ways to apply them to our projects. Whether it’s running proofs of concept or delivering full-scale AI solutions, your work will span consulting, technology, and operations —making a tangible difference in shaping the future.

THE WORK:

• Research and analyze emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks  
• Assess the applicability of AI solutions to our clients and projects   Develop proofs of concept and prototypes to demonstrate AI’s potential  
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions across consulting, technology, and operations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI into real-world use cases
• Location: Warsaw - Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Python or other programming languages and willingness to use Python
• Good understanding of existing AI/LLM/GenAI models and their pros, cons and differences
• Practical experience in using AI/LLM/GenAI models through API
• Practical experience in structuring various prompts and their benefits
• Understanding of the Agentive AI concepts and available tools to set AI Agents teams

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Hands on experience in programming and ability to verify quality of code
• Understanding of agile / scrum concepts and frameworks
