Working closely with our clients, Consulting professionals design, build and implement solutions that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise—strategic, industry, functional, technical—in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth. You will be preparing the data and process analytics, management dashboards, integrating data from various sources and deploying solutions.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT, Finance, Quantitative Methods or related field)

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a consulting company

• Proficient in data visualization tools (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, QlikSense, Tableau, Looker, SAP Analytics, Sisense)

• Proficient with SQL for the generation and extraction of data for use in analytics and reporting

• Strong understanding of data modelling and operating according to best practice

• Experience with analytical services of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform analyses independently & deal with new issues in dynamic work environments

• Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and powerful manner

• Experience and willingness to continue working in international & challenging environments

• Great communication and presentation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other foreign EU language e.g. German, French, Arabic will be a strong asset

• Willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe

NICE TO HAVE:

• Practical knowledge of compute, databases and artificial intelligence services of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Practical knowledge of Databricks

• Practical knowledge with Python (PySpark)

• Willing to develop in other areas like data engineering, data science, AI, process optimization, cloud analytics, etc.

• Employment contract (umowa o pracę)

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.  

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
