THE WORK:

As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of a specific business function on SAP S/4HANA Finance, ensuring that processes, structures and solutions improve performance and are aligned with business goals.

• Lead business and solution workshops to gather requirements, challenge assumptions and ensure stakeholder alignment across the manufacturing business function.

• Plan and manage all implementation activities for your business function, defining scope, timelines, resources and key milestones.

• Conduct process analysis, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions and target operating models.

• Define or redesign organizational structures, roles and responsibilities to support future ways of working enabled by SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Act as a subject matter expert with deep SAP S/4HANA Finance knowledge, providing guidance, influencing key decisions and advising senior stakeholders.

• Own critical team decisions, coordinate multiple project and functional teams, and resolve risks and issues to safeguard delivery outcomes.

• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies and implement adjustments as needed to meet agreed objectives and quality standards.

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment by encouraging open communication, feedback and continuous learning within and across teams, and by embracing challenges as opportunities for improvement.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: ​

• Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Asset Accounting, Tax and Bank ledger. Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance covering General

• A minimum of 1 full implementation project experience in a lead position (functional or project stream lead).

• Confident communication skills in English.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge of SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance).
