THE WORK:

• Analyzing business processes and identifying areas where AI can create real value.  

• Collaborating with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into clear requirements.  

• Creating user stories, backlogs, and documentation to support the development of AI-driven solutions.  

• Researching market trends, tools, and technologies in the AI space and assessing their business potential.  

• Preparing presentations, reports, and one-pagers to support decision-making processes.  

• Designing and optimizing workflows using low-code/no-code platforms. Supporting the project team in delivering end-to-end AI solutions — from analysis to implementation.  

• Acting as a bridge between business and technology to ensure solutions are both feasible and impactful.  

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Availability to work from the office in Warsaw, hybrid mode (2-3 days in the office)

• Active student status

• Experience in business analysis, including techniques such as BPMN for process modeling.  

• Storytelling and visualization skills — making findings understandable and compelling through clear narratives and visuals. 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights. 

• Documentation excellence — ability to produce high-quality specifications, user manuals, and process maps. 

• Command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.  

• Practical knowledge of AI/LLM/GenAI models, their limitations, strengths, and appropriate use cases. 

• Familiarity with Agentive AI concepts. 

• Ability to clearly communicate with technical and business stakeholders. 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to product planning and estimation. 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Documentation excellence — ability to produce high-quality Hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL, Python, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).  

• A Python background that allows you to prototype or validate AI-driven solutions.  

• Design or graphic skills — the ability to create engaging visuals, mockups, or user-friendly documentation.  

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Zapier) for process automation.  

• Contributions to internal knowledge bases, open-source projects, or tech/AI communities.  

• Understanding of business dynamics in Financial Services and ability to connect AI capabilities with industry needs.  

• Experience with process mining or advanced process optimization tools.pecifications, user manuals, and process maps.
