Team Leader (Mobile Development Team)

About the Project

We are looking for Team Leader who will lead a Mobile Development Team on a project from e-commerce industry. The project has to do with Language Intelligence domain.

Work Mode: remote (with occasional travels to Warsaw or Poznan - Candidates from those locations preferred)

Start date: March 2026

Duration of the project: till the end of 2026 (with possibility of extension)

Expectations

• Min. 3 years of experience on a Team Leader position

• Demonstrated experience in leading software development teams, including people management and full responsibility for delivery

• Strong hands-on engineering background with the ability to influence technical decisions, participate in code reviews, and shape system architecture

• Proven ability to maintain high engineering standards (clean code, testing practices, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, production readiness)

• Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product, UX, and Business stakeholders

• Strong sense of ownership, with accountability for results, quality, and system reliability

• Ability to turn business objectives into well-defined scopes, priorities, and execution plans

• English on an advanced level (min. B2)

• Acts as a technical partner in product discovery and early-stage ideation

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer-facing platforms

• Background in mobile application development

• Proven involvement in projects leveraging AI or machine learning technologies
