We are looking for an experienced RGM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a global retail and consumer goods leader in shaping and selecting a future-proof Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solution. This is a strategic advisory role, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, finance, and technology teams. You will join an exciting international transformation initiative focused on scaling and optimizing commercial planning processes.

 

Work Mode: 100% remote

Duration of the project: until the end of the year (December 2025)



Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor during the evaluation and selection of RGM tools as part of a large-scale transformation program

  • Provide deep expertise across key RGM pillars such as: Pricing strategy, Pack architecture, Trade promotion optimization, Product/channel mix management, Discounting and channel strategy

  • Compare, assess, and guide selection of top-tier RGM platforms (e.g. NielsenIQ, SAP RGM, Anaplan, Blacksmith, Vistex, Accenture CAS)

  • Facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define business needs, evaluation criteria, and priorities

  • Identify and prioritize use cases aligned with commercial objectives (e.g. seasonal pricing, regional variations, product lifecycle management)

  • Advise on required data inputs and integrations (e.g. POS, ERP, CRM, DWH) to ensure solution feasibility and value delivery

  • Support the project team in shaping the implementation roadmap, anticipating resource needs, risks, and organizational impacts

  • Translate complex RGM and technology concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders


Expectations

  • 7–10+ years of experience in RGM, commercial planning, or commercial transformation in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sector

  • Proven experience in at least one end-to-end RGM tool implementation

  • Strong understanding of tool architecture, data modeling, and integration with enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, data lakes, etc.)

  • Solid knowledge of data requirements for RGM processes and ability to identify data gaps and propose mitigation strategies

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate vendors, lead or co-lead PoCs/workshops, and recommend best-fit solutions

  • Experience collaborating across commercial, finance, IT, and data/analytics functions.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to challenge assumptions and drive alignment

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, modular solution design, and scalable architectures

  • Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments

  • Fluency in English (C1+)
