Project Manager D365 F&O

We are hiring an IT Project Manager to take ownership of projects built around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role focuses on delivering complex IT initiatives that directly support business operations and long‑term digital transformation.

You will join an environment where projects require close cooperation between business teams, technical specialists, and external partners. Your mission will be to turn business needs into structured, well‑executed IT deliveries — from early planning and decision‑making to successful go‑live and stabilization.

Tasks

• Take responsibility for planning and delivering IT projects, from initial definition through implementation and rollout

• Work with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear objectives and project justification

• Organize and align work across internal IT teams and external vendors

• Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and decision‑makers, including regular status reviews and steering meetings

• Proactively identify and address delivery risks, dependencies, and scope changes

• Control project finances and resource allocation, including cooperation with vendors and contract partners

• Make sure technical solutions remain aligned with business priorities and expectations

• Maintain project documentation and ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to operational support

• Oversee implementations involving ERP platforms, system integrations, and enterprise application rollouts, with Dynamics 365 F&O as a core solution

Expectations

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in implementation or transformation initiatives

• Experience collaborating with software development teams and business representatives, including distributed setups

• Good working knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management approaches

• Confidence in managing budget, scope, timelines, and project risks

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365

• Strong command of English (B2/C1) used in everyday professional communication

• Well‑developed communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Nice to have:

• Recognized project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, AgilePM)

• Experience in projects involving ERP solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, or complex business‑critical systems
