For our client operating in the healthcare technology industry, we are looking for an Order To Cash Process Manager to work on enhancing and managing the order to cash processes within a global corporate environment. This role involves driving a multi-year program of change and collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver innovative digital health solutions.
Location Hybrid - 2-3 days/week from Warsaw office
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact to embed standard processes for O2C in the business.
Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
Support team members to enhance operational challenges and improve customer experience.
Collaborate across organizational and geographical boundaries to maintain or improve service levels.
Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive positive change.
Maximize O2C dedicated technology and understand the interplay with SAP cloud.
Focus on minimizing manual intervention and benchmark metrics against external comparators.
Manage an O2C analyst.
Expectations
5+ years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) in a global corporate environment
Strong experience with SAP, ideally SAP S4HANA / SAP cloud
Experienced in project delivery
Degree level education with relevant professional qualifications
Optional: Familiarity with Finance Systems in Sales Order to Cash (SOTC)
Optional: Experience in both design and operational roles
Optional: Experience in delivering and managing change
