About project
Currently we are looking for a Junior Customer Service Manager to join a project from telecommunication industry. This person will be responsible for supporting Senior Manager in following duties: overall accountability for the quality of the provided services, being customer’s point of contact for all services’ related issues, with the exception of incident management, proactive identifying existing customer needs, and opportunities to grow customer’s relationship with company.
Hybrid work - 1/2 days (per week) in office (Kraków) required.
