About the Project
Our client is a Swedish fintech company expanding in Poland.
The project focuses on building a strong data foundation that will support data-driven HR strategies and help us unlock the full potential of people data.
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days in the Warsaw office
Job Responsibilities
Designing and implementing robust data pipelines to ingest, clean, and process large volumes of HR data from various sources.
Developing and maintaining data models using tools like DBT to ensure our data is well-structured and accessible for analysis.
Connecting and integrating data sources using Fivetran, ensuring seamless data flow into our Snowflake data warehouse.
Building and maintaining data validation and testing frameworks to ensure data quality and reliability.
Implementing data governance policies and managing access rights to ensure that sensitive HR data is handled securely and compliantly.
Collaborating closely with local and international colleagues to align data engineering efforts with broader People Analytics initiatives and HR strategies.
Automating infrastructure management using Terraform, ensuring scalability and reliability of our data systems.
Using Git for version control, ensuring that all changes to data pipelines, models, and infrastructure are tracked and managed effectively.
Dashboard creation in PowerBI, creating insights in dashboards based on the data you operate from systems in snowflake.

Who We Are Looking For
Min. 5 years of expierience in data engineering, preferably in HR for People Analytics.
Proven experience in building and managing data pipelines and models using tools like DBT, Fivetran, and Snowflake.
Solid understanding of data governance, privacy and the sensitivity around handling data, preferably HR related data from systems such as Workday, Greenhouse and Culture Amp.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues across different geographies and functions.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
Experience in version control using Git and automating infrastructure with Terraform.
