Business Analyst (pharma)

About the project

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst who wants to join a healthcare industry project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

About the project: a platform that enables digital workflows by executing, visualizing and documenting the lab processes and automates the data flow between instruments, IT systems and raw data storage. 

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed User Stories describing Acceptance Criteria
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to explore requirements and solutions
• Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality products
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding project status, risks, and issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a complex business environment
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Proficiency in data analysis and requirement management tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English
