Job Responsibilities

• Afternoon Shift core working hours: 14:00 (2 PM) to 22:00 (10 PM) CET/CEST 

• Represent the 3Dconnexion brand at the heart of our technical support team

• Assist clients in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to 3Dconnexion products

• Provide valuable feedback to our product and R&D teams to help improve our offerings

• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service 

Skills and requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage

• Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows; experience with macOS is a plus

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Motivated, eager to learn, and ready to face new technical challenges

• Team player with a positive attitude
