Solana Technical Lead

About the Project

We're building an innovative token deployment platform on Solana that empowers game developers to tokenize in-game events and achievements without requiring blockchain expertise. Our platform automates SPL token deployment, liquidity provisioning, and minting through a secure 2-of-3 multisig system, creating scalable foundations for game-driven token economies.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Technical Leader to drive our Solana project forward with strong ownership mentality and decisive leadership. This role requires someone who can balance technical excellence with strategic thinking, knowing when to push boundaries and when to set realistic expectations with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for the token deployment platform

• Team Management: Lead and mentor development team, fostering ownership culture and technical excellence

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, knowing when to say "no" to unrealistic demands and "yes" to valuable opportunities

• Code Development: Depending on commitment level (20h/week), actively contribute to codebase and project advancement

• Platform Oversight: Ensure secure implementation of multisig authorities, minting systems, and smart contract deployments

• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for security, scalability, and user experience

Required Qualifications

• Strong Node.js expertise with production-level experience

• Blockchain development knowledge (Solana preferred, but experience with any major blockchain acceptable)

• Proven leadership experience with ability to drive teams and projects forward

• Technical decision-making skills with experience in system architecture

• Client-facing experience with strong communication and boundary-setting abilities

• Security-first mindset particularly relevant for financial/token systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Solana ecosystem (SPL tokens, Anchor framework)

• Background in fintech, DeFi, or blockchain platforms

• Game industry experience or understanding of gaming token economies

• Experience with multisig implementations and wallet integrations

• Frontend integration knowledge for blockchain applications
