The Global Business Services unit plays a key role in supporting ERGO’s business growth. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, the unit delivers non-IT expertise and contributes to the development of the entire ERGO Group. Our teams work across reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management, offering a variety of roles and opportunities for everyone – from recent graduates to experienced professionals. Let’s Activate IT! Internship program
Let’s Activate IT! is designed for students, early-career talent, or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in the technology and services industries. We offer paid internships at our two main locations – Warsaw and Gdansk – where you’ll work on meaningful projects that support the ERGO Group’s strategy and help you develop practical skills. Each intern is paired with a buddy to guide and support them throughout the 6-month program. You can choose your path, either Technology or Business, and grow your expertise in the area that excites you most. It’s a great opportunity to kick-start your career, learn from experienced professionals, and become a part of our team. We want you to grow and unleash your full potential.
