Job description

Online interview
We are looking for a new colleague who will be part of a global team but responsible for the regional rollouts and will take care that regional special features are considered and covered. 

Your tasks:
 
  • Design, rollout, and operation of regional specifics for our cloud-based DMP apps infrastructure, including edge components and production applications. Following the security regulations as well as the ZF given framework;
  • Monitoring and diagnostics of the required infrastructure, applications, and services; intake of customer requests, consulting and developing of solutions based on the IT-Service-Operation framework;
  • Lead or participate on technical projects with a global footprint and provide level 3 support for production and non-production environments in our critical application portfolio;
  • Enabling solutions to be proactive monitored and automated, to improve the availability and performance of apps and services within the defined SLA;
  • Lead and ensure in-depth analysis of problems, performance, and availability issues by a proactive end to end monitoring and initiate corrective actions and implementation of preventative measures;
  • Write standard operating procedures for extended support teams and end-user-facing self-service support documents and be a part of an on-call duty service for our business-critical applications.
 
Your profile: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics or similar;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise-level application administration and application infrastructure, as well as application hands-on experience in DevOps, build and/or environment automation;
  • Good English language skills;
  • Experience in providing customer support and resolution of technical issues and hands-on experience with AWS or Azure and Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills;
  • Understanding of security best practices and standards around Application Infrastructure.
 
Nice to have:

  • ITIL® experience, related Information Systems certifications;
  • Comfortable with Agile project delivery methodology (Scrum and Kanban).
