RPA Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced RPA Solution Architect with extensive expertise in the UiPath RPA Platform. The person in this role will be responsible for architecting and deploying advanced automation solutions, leveraging the latest UiPath Cloud features and platform capabilities. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of UiPath technologies, cloud environments, and agile methodologies to support strategic automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions utilizing UiPath’s latest Cloud features on the UiPath SaaS platform.

• Apply deep expertise in advanced UiPath functionalities including Process Mining, Agentic AI, the AI Trust layer, generative AI capabilities, modern Document Understanding, Serverless Robots, UiPath Solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Architect and deploy UiPath Automation Cloud solutions in on-premises or cloud infrastructures.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UiPath product developments, cloud technologies, and automation industry trends.

• Collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders to define and execute platform strategies.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and best practices related to automation and cloud integration.

• Adhere to GxP and other relevant Healthcare regulatory requirements.

• Promote agile ways of working and apply Agile methodologies consistent with recognized certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in automation or related fields.

• At least 8 years of experience working with the UiPath platform, including a minimum of 2 years focused on platform-level skills.

• Proven expertise in the latest UiPath Cloud features and advanced platform capabilities.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies and certified in Agile practices.

• Familiarity with enterprise security standards and cloud integration best practices.

• Understanding of GxP and healthcare regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
