Product Analyst

We are looking for professionals to join our team as (Senior or Regular) Product Analysts. In this role, you will combine strong analytical skills with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

The team supports product areas in project delivery by providing comprehensive analyses, recommendations, reports, and A/B test implementations. The person we are looking for will work closely with the UX domain, which conducts extensive research and designs solutions for the XTB application. As a result, this role will have a significant impact on product decision-making. 

Scope of Responsibilities

• Drawing insights from data and recommending product changes,

• Close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and UX / UX Research teams,

• Responsibility for maintaining the data model within your domain,

• Supporting the development of product growth strategies,

• Defining, reporting, and monitoring key product metrics,

• Conducting A/B tests,

• Analyzing clickstream data,

• Building consistent and scalable solutions to meet reporting and analytical needs,

• Developing and maintaining the analytics tool ecosystem in Google Analytics 4.

  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience (Regular) or 5 years of experience (Senior) as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst,

• Advanced SQL skills,

• Strong statistical knowledge and hands-on experience with A/B testing,

• Ability to clearly communicate analysis results and present actionable recommendations,

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders,

• Experience working with source code management tools such as Git,

• Data visualization experience using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in building scalable data processing and analytics pipelines (e.g. dbt, Airflow),

• Knowledge of cloud solutions (especially Databricks, Snowflake, GCP),

• Practical experience in configuring and debugging tags in Google Tag Manager,

• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 configuration.
