About the role:

As a member of our 15-strong team, you will be responsible for delivering pioneering TV solutions to all European markets. We collaborate with the biggest names in the industry bringing the hottest innovations and outstanding performance to the viewers. You will learn a ton of new technologies that make the TV work and use them to create new and maintain already-released features.

What you will get to do:              

• Fix bottlenecks and bugs in a plethora of platforms and device solutions
• Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, portable, and reliable C++ code (25M+ LOC; majority in C++, but Java/JavaScript/Python is also there!)
• Proactively seek assistance when required and actively contribute to team activities including design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring
• Stay current about industry developments and Internet technologies

Who we are looking for:              

Must have              

• Experience in UNIX/Linux programming
• Good C++ skills and a firm understanding of object-oriented programming
• Drive and commitment to work in a highly dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of web standards
• Good working knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have             

• Experience in TV and STB integration projects is a desired plus - embedded Linux or Android
• Experience in the development and debugging of embedded systems is a big plus
