🟣 You will be:
The Business Analyst/Product Owner with AI Expertise will be at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence to address organizational challenges and drive innovation. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques to effectively bridge business needs with cutting-edge AI solutions.
Main Goals and Scope of the Role:
develop and implement AI strategies that directly improve customer satisfaction and engagement. Leverage advanced AI models, such as LLMs, to personalize customer interactions and provide intelligent, context-aware solutions that anticipate and meet customer needs,
utilize AI technologies to extract actionable insights from data, empowering business stakeholders to make informed decisions that align with customer-centric goals and refine service offerings,
lead the integration of AI into existing and new product lines to deliver innovative solutions that offer competitive advantages. Focus on meeting customer expectations with highly relevant and efficient AI-powered features.
Detailed Duties and Scope of Responsibility:
actively participate in the creation of the AI product vision and strategic planning, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals,
identify opportunities to leverage AI for personalized customer interactions by collaborating with customer teams,
lead cross-functional teams in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize AI-driven features that enhance product value,
manage the AI product lifecycle from ideation through deployment, ensuring alignment with customer needs and feedback,
develop and manage the product backlog, incorporating features that align with business priorities and technological capabilities,
establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives in enriching customer experiences.
🟣 Your profile:
minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects, with a proven track record of successfully managing technology products from concept to deployment,
strong knowledge and proficiency in at least 2 LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Gemini) and an understanding of their capabilities and limitations,
experience with API integration is a plus, enhancing interoperability and functionality of AI solutions,
ability to create compelling business cases for AI initiatives, demonstrating their impact on business outcomes,
keen ability to identify technological trends in AI/LLM and assess their potential impact on business strategies,
demonstrates technological curiosity and a continuous drive for development, staying informed of the latest AI advancements.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
