Senior AI / LLM Python Developer

About the Project

You will join an international team working on an AI-driven compliance intelligence solution. The system leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze documents, standards, and regulations in order to:

• generate compliance reports,

• identify gaps and risks,

• recommend remediation actions.

This solution supports organizations operating in highly regulated environments by enhancing decision-making processes through AI.

We are looking for experienced engineers to strengthen the AI/LLM layer and co-create the system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-based solutions (including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)

• Build and optimize data processing and document analysis pipelines

• Co-design scalable and efficient AI system architecture

• Integrate LLM capabilities with backend services and other system components

• Experiment with AI approaches and proactively propose improvements

• Collaborate closely with developers and analysts

• Actively contribute to product direction, not just implementation

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Python Developer

• Senior-level proficiency in Python

• Hands-on experience with:

  • LLMs / AI (e.g., OpenAI or open-source models)

  • prompt engineering

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • model fine-tuning

• Experience designing data processing and AI systems

• Strong understanding of backend architecture

Nice to have:

• FastAPI

• Docker

• AWS or other cloud platforms

Soft Skills (high priority!)

• Strong critical thinking — ability to analyze, challenge, and improve solutions

• Proactivity / push-forward mindset — driving the project forward independently

• Ownership and initiative — proposing solutions, not waiting for tasks

• High level of autonomy and self-organization
