Responsibilities include:
- Operational Support and Infrastructure Management.
- Incident handling and troubleshooting.
- Service Requests and Change Requests Handling.
- Infrastructure Deployment and Configuration.
- Capacity and Performance analysis and reporting.
- User Account Management.
- Assist with physical installation, software installation, and installation of management tools.
- Vendor hardware compatibility list (HCL) review, notification, and compliance.
- Assist in managing the lifecycle of storage hardware and software.
- Assist in Patch management and hardening of storage software and management tools.
- Perform monthly inventory and reporting of storage systems.
- Plan, support, and coordinate installation and decommissioning of physical hardware.
- ITIL Certification preferred.
- Good on documentation and presentation skills.

- IBM SVC or Huawei Block storage (Mandatory)
- NetApp Storage
- Brocade SAN Switches
- Ansible
