Location: Poland ( Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk)
Contract type: UoP or B2B
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering from Customer on MDM (iOS, Android and Windows)
- Design, Implementation and Administration of MDM Infrastructure (Hybrid or Cloud) using MDM tools like AirWatch, XenMobile, Intune
- Create and / or review HLD, LLD, SMTD, SOP and Test Cases documents for the solution
- Experienced in working with Hybrid end points like Laptops, Desktops, Mobile devices, BYOD
- Should be able to manage and administer Device Management, Application Management (mandatory or make it available for user), Content Management and Email Management
- Able to create Conditional Access, App protection, App Configuration Policies and Configuration Profile, Windows Defender, Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business etc
- Configuring Win32 apps, LOB apps, MS Store apps, iOS and Android store apps, Deployment and Monitoring of application
- LOB Application Wrapping for iOS and Android managed applications, Wrap the LOB apps using iOS SDK, Wrap the LOB apps using Android SDK.
- Experience in Azure AD, AAD Connect, Identity & Access Management, MFA, AIP, EMS, O365
- Assignment of subscriptions and licenses to users Apple APN cert Management and renewal, Android for Work, Apple Business Manager, Autopilot
- Device settings configuration to enable Azure AD join/Hybrid Azure AD for Windows 10 devices, MDM auto enrollment configurations
- Experience in Handling ESP, Configuration Profile, CSP, Powershell Scripts
- Proficient in customizing and deploying Windows 10
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge on Apple DEP, VPP and Enterprise Connect implementation, Autopilot
- Has good understanding of how Certificate Authority works
- Strong troubleshooting skills on device provisioning and application deployments
- Experience in MDM and MAM
- Experience in upgrading MDM servers to new version
- Good understanding of Azure, O365, EMS Suite, License and Subscription
- Strong communication /Presentation Skills
One of the below certifications is preferred:
- VMware Enterprise Mobility Associate
- 70-696: Administering System Center Configuration Manager and Intune
- 371: Designing, Deploying, and Managing Citrix XenMobile 10 Enterprise Solutions
