    Who we are?

📊 We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team

🔎 We’re looking for a mid to senior-level VOIP & Infrastructure Engineer to help us build, maintain, and evolve our internal telephony infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of VOIP systems and infrastructure engineering - ideal for someone who enjoys working across systems and digging into both application and platform layers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate and improve our VOIP infrastructure, including Asterisk-based systems, 3CX, and supporting services.
    • Maintain and evolve the underlying infrastructure: Linux servers, virtual machines, Docker containers, network config, and monitoring.
    • Design and implement scalable, resilient solutions for call routing, recording, monitoring, and integrations.
    • Troubleshoot complex VOIP and infrastructure issues across layers (SIP, RTP, NAT, system performance, disk, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the VOIP team to automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring of VOIP components.
    • Own or contribute to infrastructure reliability, backup strategies, system upgrades, and security hardening.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, infrastructure operations, VOIP engineering, or a similar technical role.
    • Strong experience with either:
    • VOIP systems (e.g., Asterisk, FreePBX, FreeSWITCH, 3CX, Kamailio, SIP protocols, RTP, dial plans), OR
    • Infrastructure engineering (Linux systems, virtualization, Proxmox, Docker, CI/CD, scripting, monitoring).
    • Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems, including performance issues, outages, and cross-layer failures.
    • Strong foundation in networking, particularly where it intersects with VOIP (SIP, RTP, NAT traversal, QoS, firewalls, etc.).
    • Prior experience working in environments where engineers own systems end-to-end is strongly preferred.
    • Comfort working in a production environment with systems you own end-to-end.
    • Solid troubleshooting skills and a deep interest in how systems work.
    • Experience with networking concepts, especially as they relate to VOIP (firewalls, NAT, QoS, etc.).
    • Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
    • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

    Nice to have:

    • Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
    • Exposure to telephony integrations (e.g., CRMs, Zendesk, analytics tools).
    • Experience with designing telephony platform architectures.
    • Exposure to observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and proactive monitoring strategies.
    • Experience with system automation, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), or configuration management tools.

What you will get in return:

    • Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay! Your skills and talents will be rewarded with a salary that makes you feel valued and motivated.
    • Work-Life Harmony: Join a company that genuinely cares about you - because your life outside of work matters just as much as your time on the clock.
