We have offices in London, Krakow and Chandigarh with our tech teams predominantly based in Krakow and Chandigarh. We're a remote-friendly organisation and can consider applications from any of these regions.
We are seeking a strong Technical Recruiter to manage end to end recruitment as we scale our business through exciting and dynamic growth. This position will focus on recruiting mid level – lead software developers within the Javascript Full-Stack, Reactjs, Nodejs and Nativejs development environment, as well as Quality Assurance Engineers and Product Designers.
What does your day look like?
We have offices in London, Krakow and Chandigarh with our tech teams predominantly based in Krakow and Chandigarh. We're a remote-friendly organisation and can consider applications from any of these regions.
We are seeking a strong Technical Recruiter to manage end to end recruitment as we scale our business through exciting and dynamic growth. This position will focus on recruiting mid level – lead software developers within the Javascript Full-Stack, Reactjs, Nodejs and Nativejs development environment, as well as Quality Assurance Engineers and Product Designers.
What does your day look like?
- Working as part of a team with autonomy to source and hire talent within regional and technical specialisms, in line with our business growth plan
- Managing engaging candidate experiences and owning that journey from receipt of application throughout the hiring process
- Work with an ‘always on’ approach to identify diverse talent to support live demand whilst also building engaged talent communities
- Building strong hiring manager relationships through successful service delivery
- Bringing new innovative ideas on tools and methods, to the table for discussion
- Understanding your market and actively using it to attract, engage, retain and convert candidates to colleagues
- Report to Talent Acquisition Director.
What we’d like to see from you?
- Proven experience of working as a successful recruiter in a dynamic environment
- You have successfully recruited technical team members from the JavaScript tech stack world
- You know how to use the internet to your advantage and enjoy finding out where the talent hangs out
- You're action-oriented when faced with change or ambiguous problems
- You’ve got a passion for startups and how technology can shape the success of founders business aspirations.
