Job description:
You will be a member of internal Cloud Support Team in TTPSC. Most of your activities will be reacting on tickets opened by our customers related to infrastructure hosted in Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, on-premise) – 2^nd^ and 3^rd^ level support. Besides customer support you will be responsible for maintaining current solution and optimize environment landscape thru DevOps best practices and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Administration, support & maintenance of the infrastructure at on-premise and cloud environment
- Maintaining continuity of business systems and applications - installation/configuration
- Deployment environments - creating CI/CD pipelines and process automation
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, JS, Python, Ruby, GO, c#)
- Basic knowledge of database support and writing queries
- Basic network knowledge (routing and network traffic)
- Knowledge of version control systems - GIT

Good English & German (reading and writing documentation, communication with the client)
- Knowledge of administrative issues on Windows and Linux systems
- Communicativeness and ability to work in a team
Nice to have:
- Practical knowledge of public clouds (AWS or Azure or Alibaba or GCP)
- Knowledge of the concept of Continuous Integration and DevOps tools and best practices (i.e. CD/CD and tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Jenkins etc.)
