Your tasks:

• Build, maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog by partnering closely with product managers and business teams
• Contribute to building product vision and defining value proposition of features and functionalities
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
• Help drive a continuous product discovery process designed around learning and experimentation with the help of agile teams.
• Refine product backlog so that agile teams can understand and engage with it for their iteration planning and execution
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge, answering questions and bringing clarity to teams & stakeholders
• Living and demonstrating agile values and principles, nurturing empiricism among the agile teams

We are looking for you, if you have: 

• 3+ years of experiences in PO/PM
• Communicative, Assertive
• Ability to explain requirements to development team (including acceptance criteria definitions, backlog refinement sessions, support for estimations)
•  Works with Delivery Manager on any product related issues
• Works with DM on managing and organizing requirements backlog
• Responsible for product status communication to DM
•  Responsible for Risk Management related to product and escalation of risks to DM
• High availability for the team to answer product questions or clarify requirements
• Background in Business Analysis
• Good analytical thinking
• English at least at B2 level
• Background in Business Analysis - good analytical thinking
• Interaction with end users and/or business partners representatives to collect, understand and analyse requirements
• Ability to understand business domain and proactive requirements proposal and gathering responsibility for decision taking on product

Nice to have:
