Who we are
We're an ambitious team from Warsaw that just raised a funding round from the investors that backed companies like Revolut, Rapyd, Stripe, and more. In addition to that, we count on many fantastic angels from companies such as N26, TransferWise and Kraken that have invested in our vision. We're creating a financial infrastructure to allow any application to access banking data and payment rails on a plug-and-play basis.
We are going head-on to dominate Europe’s embedded finance space by enabling any business, even a non-financial one, to benefit from the FinTech revolution. We are building a solid core team that will work with us on bringing TransactionLink to market in the CEE, Nordics and DACH regions, cooperate on extending our product offering and help us strengthen our position in Poland.
Who we need
You are experienced in both UX and UI, ready to take ownership of the product design process from early concept stages. You are not afraid of challenges with a problem-solving attitude. We’re sure that you are:
- able to identify user needs and business requirements
- experienced in designing A/B tests to validate your hypothesis and interpreting data with the focus on optimization of the existing product and company goals
- able to own your design - you will be obsessively preaching TransactionLink's design principles to everyone on the team and outside of it. We want you to become the Jony Ive of FinTech
- spontaneous - as a product and engineering-heavy team, we would love to get a creative spark in the team that will make our product, and everything we do, just a little bit nicer
- eager to find a good balance between wild creativity and careful customer testing of your designs. We want our brand and product to be unique, beautiful, and rules-breaking but always in service to our customers
What you will do
You will be responsible for all things creative. This will include everything from creating customer-facing elements, to designing goodies and bringing in the creative spark into the team. You can expect to be working on:
- Solving real-world product problems, not just painting pretty pictures
- Creating delightful user flows while keeping balance with strict security and regulatory requirements
- The overall visual identity of the company, including all digital and offline channels
- Performing extensive UX tests with our customers to drive key product decisions
- Building an image of our company as one of Europe's leading FinTech startup

- Experience on a project where you had complete ownership of the design process
- HTML or/and CSS skills
