Product Manager (Transcend)
About the role
Transcend Retail Solutions, a subsidiary of Tesco, was set up to become the trusted solutions partner for retailers worldwide. Transcend offers the same solutions deployed by Tesco powering its $8bn grocery online business and adapts those solutions to best fit our retail partners worldwide. With world-leading efficiency and scale, we are on a mission to help other retailers around the world create online businesses that their customers, colleagues, and stakeholders love.
This role is the Product Manager for one or more Transcend product areas, supporting grocery retailers with scalable, configurable solutions that enable efficient in‑store fulfilment and operations. You will define how our customers and their colleagues use Tesco-powered products to deliver operational outcomes, with a focus on reducing friction, improving productivity and supporting future scale. Our portfolio includes manual picking, transport and other enabling products.
Transcend acts as a “startup within an enterprise". If you’re excited by moving at pace, being truly agile, and taking shared ownership of immediate business outcomes - this could be the role for you.
Within the Transcend team you will be joining our efforts in developing relationships with our retailer partners. This will include some travel to visit our retailers directly or to meet them at industry conferences. It will also sometimes require flexibility to speak to them on their time zones (which may involve flexing your working hours).
