We are seeking a SRE to join our Warsaw office.
About us
Tensorflight is the best property data platform that informs every transaction for decision-makers who want to reduce risk, cost & waste in an increasingly competitive environment. We provide software and services that capture, organize, and analyze data for buildings and properties to unlock valuable insight.
Tensorflight uses geospatial imagery, building records, and sophisticated machine learning algorithms to help underwriters better assess risks and understand portfolio exposures. We are a high-potential startup backed by top insurance companies (QBE, Markel) and leading NY and Silicon Valley VC investors (e.g. ffVC, Hudson Ventures), and just closed the Series A (with nearly 9M$ raised to date). Our clients are the leading insurance companies (2 out of 5 top global commercial carriers).
The team consists of ex-Googlers and the top AI talent in the world. Out of 15 full-time employees, we have 5 PhDs, including computer vision, physics, mathematics and building construction, 4 ex-Googlers and two ex-startup founders.
We are processing large amounts of images and data on Kubernetes to extract the most accurate building characteristics using deep learning. In Tensorflight, we have a culture that devops is at the core of the team. All services are built with operations in mind, as currently the dev team was responsible for running those in production.
As a SRE you will have the opportunity to scale and grow our infrastructure, monitoring tools and deployment processes, and improve reliability and security of our applications. You will have free choice in picking the best solutions as you see fit.
We are looking for either a person experienced in implementing SRE methodology in practise, or highly-skilled DevOps with excellent coding abilities excited and willing to learn about SRE.
The position can be fully remote. Presence in the Warsaw office is encouraged, but not mandatory.
