Customer Data Project Manager

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for transforming data processes? We are seeking a dynamic individual with 3 to 6 years of experience to lead projects that revolutionize manual data operations in the manufacturing and quality domains. This is a fully remote position offering flexible contract options (CoE/B2B) and the opportunity to work on impactful projects within the Life Sciences sector.

Your Role:

• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions. Foster collaboration and support junior team members' development.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from server setups to cloud transitions, ensuring all phases are executed effectively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular meetings, provide consistent status updates, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation in compliance with organizational standards and GxP regulations.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven success in managing data-centric projects, especially within the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain.
• Technical Expertise: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Managed data projects as a Project Manager within the pharma industry, with 5 years of overall work experience.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
