• Lead cross-functional, agile teams to deliver business value to our customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to meet project goals.
• Craft user stories that capture project requirements and objectives.
• Manage project budget and timeline to ensure adherence to set parameters.
• Maintain project documentation for clarity and reference.
• Lead product discovery process to validate product value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.
• Improve internal processes related to product and project management.

What We Are Looking For:

• Min. 3 years of hands-on commercial experience in Product Delivery Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager roles.
• Proven track record of successful software product delivery.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with product discovery process.
• Proactive approach and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.
