Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge? We're looking for someone like you to enrich our Delivery Team. As a Product Deliver Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving agile projects and ensuring successful delivery of software products.

Here's what you'll do:

• Lead cross-functional, agile teams to deliver business value to our customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to meet project goals.
• Craft user stories that capture project requirements and objectives.
• Manage project budget and timeline to ensure adherence to set parameters.
• Maintain project documentation for clarity and reference.
• Lead product discovery process to validate product value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.
• Improve internal processes related to project management.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Owner roles within commercial settings.
• Proven track record of successful software product delivery.
• Deep understanding of Scrum approach.
• Hands-on experience with managing complex Product Backlog.
• Proactive approach and strong communication skills in English (min. C1) and Polish (both are required).
