T Hub - Test Automation Engineer

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

• Test automation for complex, strategically important products and services, considering holistic business requirements and implications along the entire agile development process (lifecycle) 
• Designing standards for system testing and testing of products across multiple systems Developing and designing of tests for the strategic development of test automation 
• Consulting agile teams as well as the management level during the entire agile software development cycle, considering the test automation strategy 
• Assuming responsibility for the selection of test tools 
• Consulting/enabling software engineers with regard to programming/carrying out their own automated tests 
• Identifying quality risks incl. evaluation 
• Creating complex automated tests specifically for risk based, efficient regression testing  
• Analyzing and evaluating results of automated tests including error analyses and validation of bug fixes, e.g. in the context of continuous integration 
• You will lead strategically oriented projects 

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

Must-have 

• University degree preferably in computer sciences or related field or several years of experience in software development 
• Excellent knowledge in software testing test automation frameworks 
• Experience with modern IT stacks (CI/CD, cloud native, on and off premises infrastructure etc.) 
• Good knowledge in requirements engineering, software design, automation and cloudification 
• Proven track record of hands-on involvement in testing and coding 
• Intercultural competence 
• Working proficient English (at least B2 level) 

Nice-to-have 

• Intense experience with agile types of cooperation and DevOps culture 
• Advanced knowledge in network- and communication technologies and experience with TMF 
• Experience with modern collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Atlassian products) 
• Camunda proficiency 
• German
