WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

Identifying and Prioritizing AI Opportunities: Work with sales teams and other departments at T-Systems to find and rank AI projects that offer the most value.

Creating User Stories: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather their needs and turn them into detailed user stories for development.

Development and Implementation: Partner with the development team to oversee the creation and implementation of AI tools. Act as a bridge between sales teams and developers to ensure the tools meet business objectives.

Encouraging User Adoption: Develop training materials, create documentation, and conduct workshops to help integrate AI tools into sales processes smoothly.

Managing the AI@Sales Community: Build and lead a community focused on AI in sales to promote ongoing communication and collaboration. Collect business requirements and user feedback on AI projects and prototypes, using these insights to improve development continuously.
WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

Sales Experience: 3-5 years in sales or sales support in the IT service industry.

Sales Process Knowledge: Good understanding of sales processes in IT service companies.

AI Familiarity: Know AI technologies and tools, or be willing to learn. Passionate about using new technologies to automate tasks and add value.

Project Management skills: have been involved in the implementation of a tool or process

Advocacy Skills: Able to convince management and sales teams about the benefits of AI. Comfortable presenting to management.

Project Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling projects to use resources effectively and meet goals.

Language Proficiency: Very good English skills.

Agile Work Style: Experience in agile methodologies is a plus.

Design Skills: Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.

Our screening meeting will last about 20-30 minutes. We will ask you about our areas of interest and will be happy to field any questions you may have.
Hiring Manager will receive a recommendation for your application.
There’s nothing for you to do at this stage — we’ll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.
Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.
We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.
Time to decide!
At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
