    👉 We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team, planning and executing the product road map and break it down to user stories.


    We’re looking for passionate, proactive, and innovative and thrive in a dynamic, evolving, and global environment. This position will shape the direction of a product ensuring it meets customer needs, aligns

    the company objectives and achieves success in the market.


    What you will do:

    • Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive
    • landscape.
    • Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges, and inform product decisions.
    • Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs.
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, operations, finance and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery.
    • Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
    • Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement.
    • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.


    What are we looking for:

    • 4+ years of experience in product management,
    • 2+ years of experience in agile methodology environment,
    • Deep understanding of the fintech industry, especially in the card space area,
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams spread across different geographies, including operations, commercial, engineering, etc.,
    • Ability to drive decisions, take action, and roll up your sleeves and dive into the work,
    • Superb articulation, communications, and overall leadership capabilities,
    • Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to various stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers,
    • Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions and measure product success,
    • Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features,
    • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English – both verbal and written,
    • Team player with the ability to contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse group,
    • Certifications related to product management, agile methodologies as an added value.
