We are looking for a talented Section Lead of AI and Next generation solution to lead company's AI initiatives together with a passionate and dedicated team and help us to achieve our mission to become AI-enabled, Data-driven, Digital-first company.
What tasks await you?
- Develop and align AI strategy in TMPL with DT Group strategy
- Ensure that all AI focused products are aligned with TMPL strategic vision, compliant with regulations and GDPR and deliver measurable business impact
- Ensure transparency of AI in TMPL by introducing key performance indicators for AI focused initiatives
- Own and lead the development and execution of AI product roadmap in TMPL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data science, sales & marketing, customer care, finance, human resources to define and prioritize development of new products across the company and drive end-to-end execution
- Introduce innovative solutions to boost efficiency based on stakeholders' requirements and according to customer needs
- Stay at the frontline of AI trends, technologies and standard methodologies in the market and across NATCOs to continuously innovate and enhance digital properties
- Ensure design, development and deployment of AI solutions across the company with the focus on customer needs
- Create awareness together with human resources to other stakeholders in the company on AI technologies
- Ensure continuous evolution of AI and soft competencies in the team together with human resources
What skills will be appreciated?
- Degree in Economics/ Computer Science/ Business Analytics/ MBA or related field
- 2+ years of product management experience in AI/ ML/ LLM, data-driven products and/ or digital customer engagement
- Proven experience in leading AI or software engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle – from ideation to production deployment and maintenance.
- Deep understanding of AI and automation technologies and natural language processing
- Ability to define and enforce technical standards within the team, including code reviews, documentation practices, testing, deployment processes, and tech stack decisions – all aligned with documented industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms for AI (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Good knowledge of English language (C1)
