Salary:

1. up to 1,160 PLN net + VAT/MD (B2B) depending on your professional experience
2. up to 17 250PLN gross/month (contract of employment)

Work model:

1. Remote
2. Willingness to travel is required, as the role involves participation in two to four annual workshops held in locations such as Poland (Warsaw, Poznań), Switzerland (Basel), and Spain (Madrid)

About the project:

The Informatics Experience initiative aims to solve Informatics' content problems. Our workforce is unable to find basic information about informatics. At the same time, our content lives in hundreds and possibly thousands of disparate silos which are often outdated and often not written in user-friendly language. The Informatics Experience aims to solve this problem by centralising content, where we will implement governance and build experiences that are only possible with structured, composable content.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in shaping how our products are developed and adopted within the Informatics ecosystem. You will lead the design and implementation of advanced user behaviour analytics and observability pipelines, helping drive product adoption and user-centric innovation. Acting as a technical bridge between Informatics Experience and AI initiatives, you'll support the integration of emerging AI agent capabilities into enterprise workflows. With significant autonomy, you'll influence architecture decisions and apply tools like Grafana, Sinequa, and OpenTelemetry across the full data lifecycle—from collection to actionable insights.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

1. Observability Engineering

Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end observability strategies, including selection of relevant data sources, integration of OpenTelemetry for metrics/logs/traces, and deployment of monitoring solutions across complex, multi-system environments. Hands-on experience with Grafana and Sinequa (Enterprise Search), including architectural reviews and production-ready POCs.

1. User Behaviour Modelling & Profiling

Expertise in user profiling through tailored metrics, behavioural analysis techniques, and AI-powered segmentation. Skilled in optimising and evaluating behavioural models using practical data science and machine learning approaches.

1. AI Systems Implementation

Strong understanding of AI agent architectures and their integration in enterprise systems. Experience working with AI tools for user segmentation and cross-system intelligence, with attention to scalability and practical deployment.

1. Data Governance & Compliance

Familiarity with FAIR data principles, GDPR compliance, and secure data handling practices in the context of AI agents accessing distributed systems. Experience establishing data governance frameworks and collaborating with data stewards to define data lifecycle procedures.

1. Technical Data Management

Ability to implement and maintain robust data infrastructures aligned with data quality and traceability standards. Demonstrated experience in translating observability and profiling requirements into actionable data pipelines and system configurations
