Mid/Senior PowerBI Engineer

Our customer is the largest European appliances warranty company. We are looking for Power BI Engineer ready to start ASAP. Required to be available every day between 1:00 PM- 9:00 PM CET.

Responsibilities: 

• As a key player, you will cooperate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and fine-tune developed reports and dashboards, playing a crucial role in driving business decisions.
• Design and develop advanced BI solutions, create and manage Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets, and apply best practices in data visualisation.
• Extract, load, and transform data from various sources into Power BI.
• Design data model.
• Optimize the performance of Power BI solutions. 
• Implement data security for policies.

If you possess.. 

• Knowledge of fundamentals of data preparation/ data modelling necessary for the visualisation purpose.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing advanced Business Intelligence solutions.
• Expertise in Power BI Desktop, including Power BI Service and Power Query.
• Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards and scheduling data refreshes.
• Strong understanding of Power BI user and group security configuration.
• Hands-on experience with DAX and data modelling.
• Experience with SQL and database management (MS SQL Server etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g. Power BI Data Analyst Associate) will be an asset
• Experience with the AWS ecosystem will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (at least B2+ written and spoken)
