We are looking for a Stibo Master Data Management Consultant focused on the Stibo STEP platform.

The services encompass the full lifecycle of MDM implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, support, and problem resolution.

Job responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for MDM implementations utilizing Stibo STEP. This includes workshops, interviews, and documentation creation. 
• Solution Design & Architecture: Design and architect MDM solutions based on Stibo STEP, aligning with client business needs and best practices. This includes data modelling, system integration design, and UI configuration. 
• Implementation & Deployment: Implement and deploy MDM solutions using Stibo STEP, adhering to project timelines and quality standards. This includes data migration, testing, and user training. 
• Technical Support & Problem Resolution: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for implemented MDM solutions. This includes incident management, problem management, and change management. 
• Ongoing Maintenance & Optimization: Proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and regular system updates. 

Expectiations

• Data Modeling: Design and implementation of Stibo STEP data models. 
• UI Configuration: Customization and configuration of the Stibo STEP user interface. 
• Integrations: Experience with integrating Stibo STEP with other systems using various protocols (SOAP, REST, IDOC). 
• Business Rule Creation: Development and implementation of business rules using JavaScript/Rhino Scripting. 
• Change Package Management: Effective management of change packages within the Stibo STEP environment. 
• Bulk Data Updates: Efficient handling and processing of bulk data updates. 
• XSL Transformations: Development and implementation of XSL transformations.
• XML Creation & Manipulation: Proficiency in creating and manipulating XML data within Stibo STEP. 
• Golden Record Matching & Linking: Implementation of golden record matching and linking rules. 
• Stibo STEP APIs: Proficient use of Stibo STEP APIs for integration and automation. 
• Excellent English skills (B2/C1)
