What tasks await you?

• Product Vision Management: Develop and maintain a clear product vision aligned with the organization’s transformational goals.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize task and collaborate with the development team to deliver valuable solutions
• Stakeholder Collaboration.
• Progress Monitoring: Ponduct regular reviews of project foals, report progress and identify risks.
• Shaping Transformation Strategy: Actively participate in defining organizational development directions and adapting the product to evolving needs.

What skills will be appreciated?

• At least 5 years as a Product Owner or in a similar role ( experience in transformational projects is a plus)
• Proficiency in communicating with technical teams, business units and main stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks
• General understanding of IT systems and digital processes
• Tools proficiency: Experience with Jira, Confluence
• Basic knowledge of API, UML and BPMN knowledge

Nice to have:

• Have working experience in IT design 
• Did analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and their impact on IT systems in technical and logical terms
• Worked using agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Agile, Kanban)
